Terms of Service

Payment
- Payment upfront is required
- Payment is accepted through Paypal, in USD currency
- The listed price is the base price. It can increase depending on the complexity of the artwork, props or background.
- No refund will be available once the payments are received, unless the artist cannot deliver within the given time.Usage
- The commissioned artwork is to be personal use only. Please discuss with me beforehand if the artwork is to be used commercially.
- Please credit the artist when using or uploading the commissioned work.
- The artwork is not to be used in training or manipulated with A.I
- The artwork may be shared on social media or portfolio page, unless previously discussed with the artist beforehand, or the artwork is signed under NDA with the client.Delivery
- The commission delivery can vary depending on the scope of the project and process, but a simple illustration can take 3 to 6 weeks. A rushed delivery will cause an extra cost increase, if needed.Process
- Once the commission has been initially requested, I will direct you for the payment.
- The sketch draft will be made, and the client will be able to check and approve from it.
- Afterwards, I will make updates during the process of the commission, and revisions are only allowed during sketch and coloring.
- Further revisions, or repeated revisions will cause extra payment.
- Once the artwork has been approved, the file will be sent in full resolution and the commission transaction will be completed
